Terms of Service
These terms govern the development services offered through code-package.com. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who we are
Program Carrot is an independent development practice offering custom websites, landing pages, Telegram bots and related integrations. Contact: Telegram @mich_arti, email kkartoshka76@gmail.com. Website: code-package.com.
2. Services
We develop digital products to order. Each order is written specifically for the client; we do not resell third-party templates or licences.
The standard deliverable of every order is: the complete source code of the project including configuration files and assets, a setup and architecture guide in PDF, and deployment instructions. A one-to-one consultation about the delivered code is available on request. Full setup and hosting is available as an option.
3. Orders and price
The scope of work, the list of deliverables and the price are agreed in writing before an invoice is issued. The agreed price does not change afterwards for the agreed scope.
Work beyond the agreed scope is treated as a new order and is quoted separately. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
Larger projects may be split into stages. Each stage has its own agreed scope, invoice and delivery.
4. Payment
Invoices are issued and processed through the payment provider lava.top. Payment is made by card on the provider’s side; we neither see nor store card details.
The payment receipt is issued automatically by the payment provider to the email address entered at checkout. That address is also the delivery address for the order — please make sure it is correct and that you can receive mail at it.
5. Delivery
Delivery is digital and is described in full in the Delivery Policy. In short: within 1 business day after payment the files are sent to the email address used at checkout; the download link stays active for 30 days and is reissued on request.
6. Intellectual property
Once the order is paid and delivered, the rights to use, modify, host and further develop the delivered project belong to the client, without territorial or time limits.
We may reuse generic, non-client-specific building blocks — utility functions, boilerplate configuration, our own libraries — in other projects. Nothing that identifies the client or their business is reused, and the delivered project is never resold to anyone else.
The client warrants that any materials supplied to us — texts, images, logos, data — may lawfully be used in the project.
7. What we need from the client
To deliver on the agreed schedule we need the project content, any required accounts or access, and answers to clarifying questions in reasonable time. Delays on the client side move the delivery date by the same amount; they do not change the agreed price.
8. Corrections and acceptance
Corrections within the agreed scope are made free of charge. Please report anything that does not match the agreed scope within 7 calendar days of delivery.
If no report is received within 7 calendar days, the delivery is considered accepted. This does not affect your rights under the Refund Policy or under applicable consumer law.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
The services are provided as described in the agreed scope. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, or losses caused by changes made to the delivered code by the client or by third parties, by third-party services the project depends on, or by hosting outside our control.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order.
11. Acceptable use
We do not take orders for projects intended for illegal activity, fraud, unsolicited mass mailing, malware, or the circumvention of other people’s security measures. An order of this kind is declined and, if already paid, refunded in full.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version in force for an order is the one published on the day the order was agreed. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
13. Disputes
We ask you to write to us first: most disagreements are a misunderstanding about scope and are settled in a day. Contact: kkartoshka76@gmail.com or Telegram @mich_arti.
