Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

Everything we sell is digital. There is no physical shipping, no shipping cost and no customs. Delivery is by email.

2. Where it is delivered

To the email address you enter at checkout when paying the invoice. That address is also where the payment receipt is sent automatically. Please make sure it is correct and that you can receive mail at it.

3. When it is delivered

Within 1 business day after the payment is completed. Business days are Monday to Friday. If a project has been agreed as several stages, each stage is delivered within 1 business day of the payment for that stage.

4. What arrives

A ZIP archive containing:

• the complete source code of the project;
• assets and configuration files;
• the setup and architecture guide in PDF;
• the deployment instructions.

5. The download link

The download link stays active for 30 days from delivery. If it expires, or if the archive is lost, write to us and it is reissued free of charge.

6. If the email does not arrive

Check the Spam and Promotions folders first — automated mail with an attachment link often lands there. If it is not there, write to Telegram @mich_arti or to kkartoshka76@gmail.com and we will re-send it to any address you name.

7. Turnkey orders

Where the order includes full setup and hosting, we deploy the project ourselves and then transfer every access credential — hosting panel, domain registrar, repository — to you. The transfer of credentials happens after the project is live, and the same source-code archive and documentation are delivered to you as well.
