Privacy Policy
What this website collects, why, and what is done with it.
Last updated: 19 August 2026
1. Data we collect
Two kinds of data, and nothing else:
- Data you send us yourself through the contact form: your name, email address, Telegram username if you provide one, the project type, the budget if you state one, and the text of your message.
- Technical data written to the server log by the web server: IP address, browser user agent, requested address and timestamp. This is standard web-server logging, used to keep the site available and to stop abuse.
2. Why we use it
Your form data is used for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to carry out the order. It is not used for advertising, is not enriched from other sources, and is not sold or shared for marketing.
Technical log data is used for security and availability of the website.
3. Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for handling an enquiry (given by ticking the consent box on the form), on the performance of a contract once an order is placed, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure for server logs.
4. Who else sees it
Your data is passed on only where it is necessary to answer you or to fulfil an order:
- Resend (email delivery provider) — to deliver the notification of your enquiry and our reply.
- lava.top (payment provider) — only if you place a paid order. Payment and card data are handled entirely by them; we receive the payment status and the checkout email address.
- Our hosting provider — as the operator of the server on which this site runs.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies, runs no third-party analytics, and loads no scripts, fonts or images from other domains. There is nothing here to opt out of.
6. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Records relating to paid orders are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Server logs are rotated and overwritten within 30 days.
7. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to kkartoshka76@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. Deletion of enquiry data is unconditional; records tied to a paid order can only be deleted after the statutory retention period.
8. International transfers
The service providers listed above may process data outside your country. We only use providers that offer standard contractual protections for such transfers.
